摘要
目的:研究白千层枝叶的抗菌活性成分。方法:综合运用多种柱色谱和半制备高效液相色谱技术在活性追踪的指导下对白千层枝叶的85%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化以及鉴定。结果:从白千层枝叶中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:白桦脂酸(1)、白桦脂醇(2)、白桦酮酸(3)、羽扇豆醇(4)、算盘子酮(5)、lup-20(29)-en-1β,3β-diol(6)、3-O-乙酰基白桦脂酸(7)、齐墩果酸(8)、30-norlupan-28-oic acid(9)、槲皮素(10)、异鼠李素(11)、木犀草素(12)、芹菜素(13)。结论:其中,化合物3~11、13为首次从白千层属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the active antifungal compound from branches and leaves of Melaleuca leucadendron.Methods:The compounds from the 85%ethanol extract of branches and leaves of Melaleuca leucadendron were isolated and purified by various column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography techniques under the guidance of activity tracking,and the structures were identified.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated from branches and leaves of Melaleuca leucadendron and identified as betulinic acid(1),betulin(2),betulonic acid(3),lupeol(4),glochidone(5),lup-20(29)-en-1β,3β-diol(6),3-O-acetyl-betulinic acid(7),oleanolic acid(8),30-norlupan-28-oic acid(9),quercetin(10),isorhamnetin(11),luteolin(12),apigenin(13),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 3 to 11,13 are obtained from the Melaleuca genus for the first time.
