摘要
目的:对豆科决明属植物光叶决明Cassia floribunda Cav.茎叶的化学成分进行研究。方法:运用硅胶、MCI、RP-18、Sephadex LH-20、TLC、HPLC等多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从光叶决明90%乙醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:6-去甲氧基-7-甲基茵陈色原酮(1)、geraldone(2)、槲皮素(3)、7,3′,4′-三羟基黄酮(4)、布卢姆醇C(5)、3,6-反-3-羟基-α-紫罗兰酮(6)、2α-methoxy-8α-hydroxy-6-oxogermacra-1(10),7(11)-dien-8,12-olide(7)、香草酸(8)、3-(2,4-二羟基苯基)-2-丙烯酸(9)、loliolide(10)、annuionone E(11)、cyclohexenone(12)、3β-hydroxy-5α,6α-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one(13)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the stems and leaves of Cassia floribunda.Methods: The chemical constituents from stems and leaves of Cassia floribunda were isolated and purified by silica gel, MCI,RP-18,Sephadex LH-20,TLC and HPLC methods.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods and physicochemical properties.Results: Thirteen compounds were isolated from the 90% ethanol extract of Cassia floribunda and identified as 6-demethoxy-7-methylcapillarisin(1),geraldone(2),quercetin(3),7,3′,4′-trihydroxyflavone(4),blumenol C(5),3,6-trans-3-hydroxy-α-ionone(6),2α-methoxy-8α-hydroxy-6-oxogermacra-1(10),7(11)-dien-8,12-olide(7),vanillic acid(8),3-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-propenoic acid(9),loliolide(10),annuionone E(11),cyclohexenone(12),3β-hydroxy-5α,6α-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one(13),respectively.Conclusion: All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
