基于GC-MS分析技术的妇科再造丸挥发性化学物质基础研究 被引量:3

Chemicals Basic Research on Volatile Compounds of Fuke Zaizao Pills based on GC-MS Analysis Technology

摘要 目的:从不同极性的角度,研究中药大复方品种妇科再造丸的挥发性成分。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏、正己烷回流提取、乙酸乙酯超声提取妇科再造丸中的挥发性成分,采用GC-MS,分析鉴定3种方法提取的挥发性成分,综合分析妇科再造丸的挥发性化学物质基础。结果:从妇科再造丸中共鉴定了180种挥发性成分;从水蒸气蒸馏、正己烷回流、乙酸乙酯超声提取3种提取物中分别鉴定了90、78、84种挥发性成分,其中共有成分19种;乙酸乙酯和正己烷提取的挥发性成分中以高分子量和高沸点的居多,而水蒸气蒸馏的挥发性成分则以低分子量和低沸点的为主。结论:3种提取方法的挥发性成分种类和相对含量有显著性差异,但3种方法相互补充,能更全面地分析了妇科再造丸的挥发性化学物质基础。 Objective:To study the volatile components of Fuke zaizao pills from different polarity.Methods:The volatile components in Fuke zaizao pills were analyzed and identified by steam distillation,n-hexane extraction and ethyl acetate ultrasonic extraction.The volatile components were analyzed and identified by GC-MS,the volatile chemical components were comprehensively analyzed.Results:There were 180 volatile components in Fuke zaizao pills;90,78,and 84 volatile components were identified from steam extract,n-hexane reflux and ethyl acetate ultrasonic extraction,respectively,there were 19 components in common.The volatile components extracted from ethyl acetate and n-hexane were mostly high in molecular weight and boiling point,while the volatile components in steam distillation were mainly low molecular weight and low boiling point.Conclusion:There are significant differences in the types and relative contents of volatile components extracted by the three methods,but the three methods complement each other and provide a more comprehensive analysis of the volatile chemical base of Fuke zaizao pills.
