摘要
目的:对新疆阿魏属三种药用植物(乌恰阿魏、全裂叶阿魏、木垒阿魏)进行生药学对比研究。方法:利用显微鉴定法对乌恰阿魏、全裂叶阿魏、木垒阿魏的根、茎、叶粉末及断面组织形态结构进行比较研究。结果:乌恰阿魏、全裂叶阿魏和木垒阿魏在根横切面的栓皮、树脂道、皮层、形成层,茎横切面的表皮、皮层、维管束、树脂道、晶体、厚角组织,叶横切面的非腺毛和厚角组织、树脂道、叶肉组织等均存在较大差异;粉末中导管大小、淀粉粒和非腺毛的形状、数量和大小亦有一定区别。结论:显微鉴别可以区分三种阿魏属植物。该研究可对现有的阿魏鉴定方法和体系加以补充和完善,更好地促进阿魏的开发和利用。
Objective:To study the pharmacognosy of three medicinal plants of Ferula genus(Ferula conocaula,Ferula dissecta,Ferula ferulaeoides)in Xinjiang.Methods:The root,stem,leaf powder and histological structure of the cross section of Ferula conocaula,Ferula dissecta,Ferula ferulaeoides were studied by means of microscopic identification.Results:The characteristics of emboli,resin channel,cortex and cambium on the transection of root,epidermis,cortex,vascular bundle,resin channel,crystal and pachyhorophyte on the transection of stem,and the characteristics of non-glandular hair and pachyhorophyte,resin channel and mesophyllum on the transection of leaves from Ferula conocaula,Ferula dissecta,Ferula ferulaeoides were quite different.There were differences in the size of catheter,the shapes,numbers and sizes of starch granules and non-glandular hairs.Conclusion:Microscopic identification can distinguish three species of Ferula.The study can supplement and improve the existing identification methods and systems and improved to better promote the development and utilization of Ferula.
