摘要
目的:探究丹参产量性状的杂种优势表现和遗传特征,从而提高丹参的产量和育种效率。方法:以2个丹参品系‘SNDS2’בBH18’杂交的F1群体为试材,分别于2016年和2017年调查根直径、根长度、根条数和根鲜重4个产量性状,并利用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型对其进行遗传分析。结果:4个产量性状在F1群体中呈现典型的正态分布且出现了负向超亲分离现象;根直径、根长度和根条数3个性状均由微效多基因控制,根鲜重由2对主基因控制且主基因遗传率为51.68%,适合于早期世代选择。结论:研究结果为丹参育种提供了重要的遗传信息,可指导产量相关性状的改良,为丹参产量性状的QTL定位奠定了基础。
Objective:To investigate the heterosis and genetic characteristics of yield traits of Salvia miltiorrhiza,so as to improve the yield and breeding efficiency of Salvia miltiorrhiza.Methods:Inheritance analysis was carried out with F1 segregation population derived from a cross between ‘SNDS2’ and ‘BH18’ as test materials.A total of four yield traits including root diameter,root length,root number and root fresh weight were determined in 2016 and 2017 and then subjected to genetic analysis using major gene plus polygene mixed genetic model.Results:Four yield traits showed typical normal distribution and appeared negative super-parental segregation phenomenon in F1 population.Root diameter,root length and root number were all controlled by micro-effect polygenes,root fresh weight was controlled by two pairs of main genes,and the inheritance rate of main genes was 51.68%,which was suitable for early generation selection.Conclusion:The study provides important genetic information for Salvia miltiorrhiza breeding,which can guide the improvement of yield related traits and lay a foundation for the QTL mapping of yield traits in Salvia miltiorrhiza.
