蜘蛛香总缬草三酯固体自微乳的制备及体外评价 被引量:5

Preparation and in vitro Evaluation of Total Valepotriates Solid Self-microemulsifying Drug Delivery System in Valeriana jatamansi

摘要 目的:制备蜘蛛香总缬草三酯固体自微乳,并对其进行体外评价。方法:测定不同吸附材料的吸附量、释放度、休止角、流出速度、豪斯纳比、颗粒间孔隙率、卡尔指数,运用主成分分析法筛选蜘蛛香总缬草三酯固体自微乳的最佳处方,并考察其理化性质。结果:蜘蛛香总缬草三酯固体自微乳最佳处方为:蜘蛛香总缬草三酯自微乳-β-环糊精(1∶5.714,g/g),载药量21.722±0.237 mg/g,分散后乳剂粒径46.2±0.75 nm、Zeta电位-6.17±0.15 mV,15 min累积溶出度93.900%,光照会影响该制剂的稳定性,应避光保存。结论:蜘蛛香总缬草三酯固体自微乳粉体学性质较好,制备工艺简单易行,具有良好的应用前景。 Objective:To prepare the total valepotriates solid self-microemulsifying drug delivery system(TVVJ-S-SMEDDS)of Valeriana jatamansi,and to investigate its qualities in vitro.Methods:The adsorption capacity,release rate,repose angle,outflow velocity,House Nabi,intergranular porosity and Carle index of different adsorbents were measured.The TVVJ-S-SMEDDS formulation was screened by principal component analysis.The physicochemical properties of TVVJ-S-SMEDDS were inspected.Results:The optimum formulation of TVVJ-S-SMEDDS was total valepotriates self-microemulsion in Valeriana jatamansi-β-cyclodextrin(1∶5.714)with the drug loading of 21.722±0.237 mg/g.The particle size of microemulsion was 46.2±0.75 nm,Zeta potential was-6.17±0.15 mV,cumulative dissolution at 15 min was 93.900%.Light could affect the stability of the preparation,it should be kept away from light.Conclusion:The TVVJ-S-SMEDDS has better powder properties.The preparation process is simple and practicable,and has a good application prospect.
