摘要
目的探讨针对小儿呼吸道病毒感染采用热毒宁注射液治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的呼吸道感染患儿82例,按照治疗方式分为观察组及对照组各41例。对照组实施常规利巴韦林抗病毒疗法,观察组在利巴韦林的基础上加用热毒宁注射液治疗。分析两组用药后的临床总疗效率、症状消失时间和不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床总疗效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组咳嗽、发热、鼻塞流涕、咽喉肿痛的消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对小儿病毒性上呼吸道感染采取热毒宁注射液治疗,能够提高治疗效果,促进患儿康复。
Objective Objective To explore and summarize the clinical effect of Reduning injection in the treatment of respiratory virus infection in children.Methods A total of 82 children with respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment methods,41 cases in each..The control group was treated with conventional ribavirin antiviral therapy,and the observation group was additionally treated with Reduning injection on the basis of Ribavirin.The total clinical efficacy rate,symptom disappearance time and complication rate in the two groups were analyzed after medication.Results The total clinical efficacy rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the disappearance time of this symptom,such as cough,fever,nasal congestion and runny nose,as well as sore throat,in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Reduning injection on respiratory virus infection in children can improve the treatment effect,and the symptoms of children with medication can be alleviated more quickly,and the complications are less,which is conducive to promoting the recovery of children,and has a high promotion value.
