摘要
目的探讨对脑动脉瘤患者予以血管内微导管介入治疗与夹闭手术治疗的效果。方法选取我院收治的脑动脉瘤患者62例,根据治疗方案分为两组,每组31例。对照组采取夹闭手术治疗,试验组采取血管内微导管介入治疗。比较两组临床效果、血清指标水平、Rankin评分、不良反应发生率、生活质量评分、手术指标。结果试验组临床效果优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,两组血清指标水平均低于治疗前,试验组低于对照组,两组Rankin评分高于治疗前,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,手术指标优于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑动脉瘤患者予以血管内微导管介入的治疗效果明显优于夹闭手术,血清指标水平明显改善,预后较好,生活质量较高。
Objective To explore the effect between endovascular microcatheter interventional therapy and clipping surgery for patients with cerebral aneurysm.Methods Sixty-two patients with cerebral aneurysm in our hospital were selected and divided into the two groups by the treatment plan,31 cases in each.The control group was treated with clipping operation,and the experimental group was treated with endovascular microcatheter interventional.The clinical effect,serum index level,Rankin score,incidence of adverse reactions,quality of life score and surgical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect in the experimental group is higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum index levels in the two groups were lower than before treatment,the experimental group was lower than the control group,the Rankin scores in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the surgical indexes and quality of life score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of intravascular microcatheter interventional therapy for cerebral aneurysm is greatly better than that of clipping surgery,the serum index level is significantly improved,has a good prognosis and the quality of life is higher.
