微型种植体支抗运用于口腔正畸治疗64例 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨微型种植体支抗运用于口腔正畸治疗的效果。方法选取于我院进行口腔正畸治疗的患者64例,随机分为两组,每组各32例。观察组使用微型种植体支抗进行治疗,对照组使用常规方法进行治疗。比较两组治疗后口腔各项功能以及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组治疗成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组磨牙位移、上中切牙倾角差、上中切牙凸距差、咬合力、咀嚼效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗运用于口腔正畸的治疗,可提高临床疗效,降低不良反应,且创伤较小,操作简单。 Objective To explore the effect of micro-implant anchors used in orthodontic treatment.Methods Sixty-four orthodontic patients with dental deformities were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 32 cases.The observation group was treated with micro-implant anchorage,and the control group was treated with conventional methods.The oral functions and adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment were compared and observed.Results The treatment success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the displacement of the molars,the difference of the upper central incisor and the upper central incisor,the difference in convexity,bite force,and chewing efficiency in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reactions in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of micro-implant anchors in the treatment of orthodontics can improve clinical efficacy and reduce adverse reactions,with less trauma and simple operation.
