摘要
目的探讨对耳鼻喉科患者应用等离子消融术的治疗效果。方法选取我院耳鼻喉科患者45例,对所有患者均行等离子消融术治疗,分析治疗效果、复发情况及术后并发症发生率。结果所有患者经等离子消融术治疗后均痊愈,治疗总有效率为100%,对痊愈患者经过1年的随访后,疾病复发2例,占比4.44%;经治疗后,患者均未发生术后并发症,并发症发生率为0%。结论在耳鼻喉科患者的临床治疗中应用等离子消融术的应用效果显著,术后并发症发生率与复发率均比较低,临床应用安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of plasma ablation in the clinical treatment for patients with otolaryngology(ORL).Methods The clinical effect,recurrence and postoperative complications incidence of 45 ORL patients who were treated with plasma ablation in our hospital were analyzed.Results All ORL patients were cured after plasma ablation,and the total effective rate was 100%.There were 2 cases of disease recurrence accounting for 4.44%after one year of follow-up of recovered patients.After treatment,none of the patients had postoperative complications,and the complication rate was 0%.Conclusion It is significant application effect using plasma ablation in clinical operation for ORL patients,the incidence and recurrence rate of postoperative complicationsare were relatively lower,and the clinical application is safe,so worthy of promotion.
