摘要
目的对比在宫颈癌筛查中高危人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)联合液基薄层细胞检测(thincytologic test,TCT)的诊断准确性。方法抽取本院疑似宫颈癌患者65例,对患者实施高危HPV检测联合TCT检查,对比单一高危HPV检测(high risk HPV,HR-HPV)及TCT联合检查的结果差异。结果在65例疑似宫颈癌患者中,病理学检查确诊患者占比92.31%,高危HPV检测联合TCT检查的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于单一高危HPV检测(P<0.05)。结论高危HPV检测联合TCT检查的宫颈癌诊断准确性更高,具备诊断价值。
Objective To compare the diagnostic accuracy of high-risk HPV test combined with thin-cytologic test(TCT)in the cervical cancer screening.Methods Sixty-five patients with suspected cervical cancer who had been admitted in our hospital were selectively administered with high-risk HPV test combined with TCT.The results of high-risk HPV test combined with TCT were compared with those of the single high-risk HPV test and TCT.Results Among 65 patients with suspected cervical cancer,92.31% of them were diagnosed by the pathology examination.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy rate of high-risk HPV test combined with TCT were higher than those of the single high-risk HPV test and TCT,positive predictive value and negative predictive value(P <0.05).Conclusion The high-risk HPV test combined with TCT has a higher diagnostic accuracy and a diagnostic value for the cervical cancer.
