摘要
目的探讨数字减影脑血管造影介入术后并发症及其护理应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2019年7月于中国医科大学附属第一医院行数字减影脑血管造影介入术患者64例,依据随机数字配对法原则分为对照组和研究组,各组32例。对照组采用基础护理,研究组采用优质护理。比较两组术后并发症发生率、手术配合度及护理质量评价。结果研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,手术配合度和护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理对数字减影脑血管造影介入术后并发症预防效果显著,且可提升手术护理质量。
Objective To investigate the complications after digital subtraction cerebral angiography intervention and its nursing application effect.Methods A total of 64 patients undergoing digital subtraction cerebral angiography intervention in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical Universityour hospital were selected,and they were divided into control group and research group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing,while the research group was givenas the research subjects,and basic care and high-quality care nursing were given to them respectively.Comparison of the incidence rate of postoperative complications rate,surgical cooperation degree and nursing quality evaluation satisfactionbetween the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the study researchgroup was significantly lower than that in the control group,and whilethe degree of surgical cooperation and nursing satisfactionevaluation in the study researchgroup were wassignificantly improved highercompared with thethan thatin control group.,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing has significant effects on prevention of complications after digital subtraction cerebral angiography intervention,and can improve the quality of surgical nursing.
