摘要
目的通过改革现有的护理技能操作考核评分标准,更好地了解新进护理人员对技能操作的掌握情况,使新进护理人员能更加清晰地了解护理操作的重、难点,指导其尽快适应岗位角色,服务于临床护理工作。方法对来院一年的60名新进护理人员进行护理技能操作考核,同时使用传统步骤评分法和RCD评分法进行评分,并对结果进行对比分析。结果RCD评分法和传统步骤评分法所得的数据,经过配对资料符号的秩和检验进行假设检验之后,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论RCD评分法能够较好的体现新进护理人员对技能操作掌握的状态,尤其可以分析出护理人员对于重点步骤和难点步骤的掌握程度,同时可以清晰指导护理人员每项护理操作的重、难点,为实施培训提供更好的方法。
Objective To better understand the grasp situation of the new nursing staff to the operation skill through the reform of the existing nursing skill operation assessment scoring standard,so that the new nursing staff can more clearly understand the key points of nursing operation and be guided to adapt as soon as possible and offer service in clinical nursing work.Methods 60 new nurses came to the hospital for one year were evaluated for nursing skills,and the traditional step scoring method and RCD scoring method were used for scoring.The results were compared and analyzed.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the data obtained by RCD scoring method and the traditional step scoring method after rank-sum test(all P<0.01).Conclusion The RCD scoring method can better reflect the state of the new nursing staff’s mastery of skill operation.In particular,it can analyze the mastery of the key steps and difficult steps of the nursing staff,and can clearly guide the key and difficult points of each nursing operation.It can provide a better way to implement training.
