肺动脉内膜肉瘤误诊为肺栓塞1例分析

摘要 1临床资料患者高某,女,41岁,于1年前出现活动后胸闷,未在意,1个月前上述症状加重,就诊于外院,行心脏彩色超声和肺动脉CT血管造影(CTA),提示肺动脉栓塞(pulmonary embolus,PE),于2018年11月就诊于我院。病程中偶有咳嗽、咳痰、痰中带血,一般体力活动轻度受限。查体:口唇无发绀,胸廓对称,无畸形,双肺触觉语颤正常对称,双肺叩诊浊音,双肺呼吸音粗,未闻及明显干湿罗音。心前区无隆起,心界略扩大,心尖搏动无弥散,心率80次/min,心律规整,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及明显杂音.
