异形构件中子CT/CL扫描及重建算法综述 被引量:1

摘要 作为相辅相成的无损检测技术,中子CT(Computed Tomography)相比X射线CT可提供同一样品的不同信息,在众多领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而,中子探测效率低、成像时间长、层析扫描模式单一是中子成像系统目前面临的主要难题。本文综述了中子CT在板状构件、大尺寸筒状构件层析成像方面的应用,综合分析了国内外相关学者在中子稀疏角度投影CT重建、筒状构件中子外部CT扫描、板状构件中子CL(Computed Laminography)扫描等方面的研究工作。针对中子层析扫描效率低下、中子外部CT与CL成像质量欠佳等问题,归纳了中子多模式层析成像未来的研究方向和发展趋势。 As a complementary nondestructive testing technology,neutron CT(Computed Tomography,CT)can provide different information about the same sample compared with X-ray CT,and plays an increasingly important role in many fields.However,low neutron detection efficiency,long imaging time and single tomographical scanning mode are the main problems faced by neutron imaging systems.This paper mainly summarized the applications of neutron CT in the tomography of plate-like components and large size cylinder components.The studies of domestic and foreign scholars on the sparse-view neutron CT reconstruction,neutron external CT scanning of cylinder components,and neutron CL(Computed Laminography,CL)scanning of plate-like components were comprehensively analyzed.Aimed at the problems of low scanning efficiency of neutron tomography and poor image quality of neutron external CT and CL,the future research direction and development trend of neutron multi-mode tomography were summarized.
