摘要
目的探讨红绿蓝(RGB)三基色及其三基色系数作为色度学参数更加适合显微图像分析。方法以宫颈液基涂片中宫颈鳞状上皮细胞为研究对象,将其分为红基色组(细胞浆红色组和浅红色组)、绿基色组(细胞浆绿色组和浅绿色组)和蓝基色组(细胞核蓝色组和浅蓝色组),测试其RGB三基色,计算三基色系数,分析变化规律,寻找与结果变化一致的色度学参数。结果与相应的浅色组相比,细胞浆红色组的红基色值、细胞浆绿色组的绿基色值和细胞核蓝色组的蓝基色值均明显下降(P<0.05);与其他组相比,除了红基色组的红基色值明显增高(P<0.05)外,绿基色组的绿基色值和蓝基色组的蓝基色值未见明显改变(P>0.05)。与相应的浅色组相比,细胞浆红色组的红基色系数值、细胞浆绿色组的绿基色系数值和细胞核蓝色组的蓝基色系数值均明显增高(P<0.05);与其他组相比,红基色组的红基色系数值、绿基色组的绿基色系数值和蓝基色组的蓝基色系数值均明显增高(P<0.05)。结论RGB三基色和三基色系数均可反映细胞之间颜色的变化差异;三基色系数的变化规律更符合实际观察结果,作为色度学参数比较合理科学。
Objective To explore Red,Green,Blue(RGB)three primary color and three primary color coefficient as the chromatic parameter which is more suitable for image analysis.Methods The cervical squamous cells in liquid based smears were selected as the object,which were divided into red primary color group(red group and light red group of cytoplasm),green primary color group(green group and light green group of cytoplasm)and blue primary color group(blue group and light blue group of nucleus).RGB three primary colors were detected,and calculated three primary color coefficients.Change regulation was analyzed,and found chromatic parameter consistent with change.Results Compared with light color group,red primary color value in red group of cytoplasm,green primary color value in green group of cytoplasm,blue primary color value in blue group of nucleus significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with other primary color groups,red primary color value in red primary color group significantly increased(P<0.05),green primary color value in green primary color group and blue primary color value in blue primary color group didn’t changed(P>0.05).Compared with light color group,red primary color coefficient value in red group of cytoplasm,green primary color coefficient value in green group of cytoplasm,blue primary color coefficient value in blue group of nucleus significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with other primary color groups,red primary color coefficient value in red primary color group,green primary color coefficient value in green primary color group and blue primary color coefficient value in blue primary color group significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusions RGB three primary color and three primary color coefficients can reflect the differences between cells,but three primary color coefficients are more consistent with the actual observation results and more reasonable science in microscopic image analysis.
