不同地区金环胡蜂中氨基酸多样性分析 被引量:1

摘要 以14个不同产区金环胡蜂为研究对象,通过测定其氨基酸组成及含量,并采用相关性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析、综合打分评价,明确金环胡蜂氨基酸组成多样性及含量。结果表明,金环胡蜂中含有17种氨基酸,必需氨基酸、非必需氨基酸药用氨基酸、总氨基酸平均含量为209.95 mg/g、309.72mg/g、309.60 mg/g、519.66mg/g。氨基酸成分中提取出2个主成分,贡献率达到93.121%,能较好地反映金环胡蜂中氨基酸的综合信息。通过综合得分对氨基酸综合品质进行评价,结果表明,综合得分排名前5的是H1、H2、H4、H5、H9,说明这5个地区胡蜂氨基酸综合品质相对较好。聚类分析将14个样品分为4类。14个样品中H1必需氨基酸、药用氨基酸含量最高,总氨基酸含量仅次于H2,H7中总氨基酸、必需氨基酸、药用氨基酸含量最低。金环胡蜂中氨基酸含量差异可能与生长的环境(气候、海拔、生物多样性等)、食物的多样性密切相关。综上所述,金环胡蜂具有重要的营养价值和药用价值,本研究可为下一步金环胡蜂的繁育及开发奠定基础。 In this study, the amino acid composition and content of Vespa mandarinia Smith from 14 different production areas were determined, and the correlation analysis, principal component analysis, cluster analysis and comprehensive scoring evaluation were used to determine the amino acid composition diversity and content of Vespa mandarinia Smith. The results showed that there were 17 kinds of amino acids, the average contents of essential amino acids, non-essential medicinal amino acids and total amino acids were 209.95 mg/g, 309.72mg/g, 309.60 mg/g and 519.66mg/g. Two principal components were extracted from the amino acid components, and the contribution rate reached 93.121%, which could well reflect the comprehensive information of amino acids in Vespa mandarinia Smith. The results showed that H1, H2, H4, H5 and H9 ranked the top 5 in the comprehensive score, indicating that the comprehensive quality of amino acids of Vespa mandarinia Smith in these 5 regions was relatively good. The 14 samples were divided into 4 groups by cluster analysis. Among the 14 samples, H1 had the highest contents of essential amino acid and medicinal amino acid, and the total amino acid content was second only to H2, while H7 had the lowest contents of total amino acid, essential amino acid and medicinal amino acid. The difference of amino acid content in Vespa mandarinia Smith may be closely related to the growth environment(climate, altitude, biodiversity, etc.) and food diversity. In conclusion, Vespa mandarinia Smith has important nutritional and medical value, and this study can lay a foundation for the breeding and development of Vespa mandarinia Smith.
