海洋声层析中卷积神经网络的应用实例:不同反馈系数m序列的识别分割

摘要 海洋声层析中接收水下声波信号并确定声波信号的到达时间是水体参数反演中至关重要的一步。而确定信号到达时间的互相关运算计算速度慢的特点不满足特定场景下快速计算的要求。本文基于监督学习的理论和方法,制作了声层析信号数据集,并设计了两种卷积神经网络模型,一为1DU-net的信号分割模型,另一为GAPNet的信号分类模型。最终训练学习结果中1D U-net的信号分割模型和GAP Net的信号分类模型在声层析信号测试集中预测准确率分别达到了87.65%和86.26%,满足了实地快速验证信号的需求。
