摘要
利用聚酰胺吸附-高效液相色谱法测定蜜饯中的7种水溶性偶氮着色剂:柠檬黄、新红、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红和偶氮玉红,确定了检测条件为:色谱柱:Agilent 5 TC-C18(2)4.6×250mm;柱温:35℃;流动相:乙腈-乙酸铵(0.02mol/L,pH=4)(梯度洗脱);流速:1.0mL/min;进样量:20μL;检测波长:428nm和508nm。结果表明,7种水溶性偶氮着色剂在1.000~50.00μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,R2=0.99950~0.99961,加标回收率为89.1%~107%;平均相对偏差(RSD)为0.63%~2.9%。该方法灵敏度高,分离效果好,准确度高,适用于蜜饯中7种水溶性偶氮着色剂的测定。
Sevenwater soluble AZO colorants oftartrazine,new red,amaranth,ponceau 4 R,sunset yellow,allurared and azorubine in preserved fruits were absorbed by polyamide and then determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The detecting conditions were:chromatographic column Agilent 5 TC-C18(2)4.6×250 mm,ammonium acetonitrile-ammonium acetate(0.02 mol/L,pH=4)as the mobile phase,gradient elution,column temperature 35℃,flowing rate 1.0 mL/min,injection volume 20μL,detection wavelength 428 nm and 508 nm.The results showed that all 7 water-soluble AZO colorants showed good linear relationships in the range of 1.000~50.00μg/m L,R2=0.99950~0.99961;therecovery rates were 89.1%~107%,and the relative standards(RSD)were 0.63%~2.9%.The method has the advantages of high sensitivity,good separation effect,good precision and high accuracy.It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of these water-soluble AZO colorants in preserved fruits.
