摘要
当前我国公共法律服务体系建设整体呈现出一种积极向好的态势,但局部发展不平衡问题还十分突出,且短期内很难解决。法学教育改革与公共法律服务体系建设的关系问题,需要我们在"总体战"视阈下重新审视、思考。构建高质量的公共法律服务体系,其基础架构是关键,公共法律服务第三方评价指标体系和考核评价体系是其基础架构的重要组成部分,切实地完善这两大体系对于又快又好地发展公共法律服务事业具有决定性作用。
At present,the construction of China’s public legal service system as a whole presents a positive trend,but the imbalance of local development is still prominent.The relationship between the reform of legal education and the construction of public legal service system needs to be re-examined and considered from the perspective of"total war".To build a high-quality public legal service system,its infrastructure is the key.The third-party evaluation index system and the assessment and evaluation system of public legal service are important components of its infrastructure.The effective improvement of these two systems plays a decisive role in the rapid and good development of public legal service.
