摘要
加油软管释放是软式空中加油中必不可少的环节,为全面分析软管释放过程中的动态特性,基于有限元思想和多刚体动力学理论,在充分考虑气流扰动、加油机牵连运动、软管收放等因素的基础上,建立软管锥套组合体的运动模型,并在模型中将软管等效成多根等长且长度可变的串联连杆。考虑到空中加油任务场景的多变性,分别对不同紊流强度、不同飞行高度、不同飞行速度、不同牵连点位置和不同释放速度剖面条件下软管释放过程中的动态特性进行数值仿真,并结合空气动力学、尾流效应和运动学理论对仿真结果进行了机理分析。结果表明,飞行高度和飞行速度的改变会对软管的摆动幅度和拉力产生较大的影响。特别地,当软管悬挂位置过于靠近翼尖时,由于受到的尾涡强度大幅增加,软管出现大范围的无规则摆动现象。
Refueling hose release is an essential step in soft aerial refueling. Aiming to comprehensively analyze the dynamic characteristics of hose release process based on the idea of finite-element and the theory of multi-rigid body dynamics, the motion model of the hose-drogue assembly is established on the basis of fully considering the factors such as air flow disturbance, the involved motion of the tanker and the retraction of the hose. The hose is equivalent to a series of multiple connecting rods with equal length and variable length in the model. Considering the variability of aerial refueling mission scenarios, the dynamic characteristics of hose release process are numerically simulated under different turbulence intensity, different flight altitude,different flight speed, different implicated point position and different release speed profile, and the mechanism of the simulation results is analyzed in combination with aerodynamics, wake effect and kinematics theory. The simulation results show that the change of flight height and speed will have a great impact on the swing amplitude and the tension of the hose. In particular, when the suspension position of the hose is too close to the wing tip, the hose will also show a large range of irregular swing due to the significant increase in the strength of the received wake vortex.
