医患沟通课程在儿科见习生中的应用及提升临床技能的效果评估 被引量:1

The application of doctor-patient communication course in pediatric trainees and its effect on improving clinical skills

摘要 目的:通过医患沟通课程在儿科见习生中的应用及反馈,评估该课程提升临床专业技能的效果。方法:选取浙江大学医学院2016~2017级临床医学专业见习生,2017级为实验组,在见习初开设医患沟通课程,2016级为对照组,比较两组见习前的专业课程绩点成绩及见习后的临床技能成绩。结果:见习生对医患沟通课程接受度好,积极性高。两组见习前的专业课程绩点成绩无统计学差异,实验组见习出科成绩优于对照组,有统计学差异。结论:在儿科见习生中开展医患沟通课程有助于提高见习的积极性及提升临床技能。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of doctor-patient communication course on improving clinical professional skills of pediatric trainees.Methods:Pediatric trainees from Grade 2017 and Grade 2016,clinical medicine,Zhejiang University School of medicine were included as the experimental and control group,respectively and the doctor-patient communication course was giving in the experimental group.The grade point average(GPA)before and the pediatric exam results after the learning of the two groups were compared.Results:Trainees accepted the course well and had high enthusiasm in the course.There was no statistical difference in the GPA before the learning,while from the pediatric exam results,he experimental group was better than the control group with a statistical difference.Conclusion:Conducting doctor-patient communication course in pediatric trainees is helpful to improve the enthusiasm of trainees and enhance clinical skills.
