摘要
用文献查阅法收集云南省独立办学的高等医学院校2013~2018年师资队伍总量、职称、学历结构。发现云南省高等医学院校师资队伍总量不足、结构失衡。建议多策并举,促进师资队伍总量提升;培养、引进并重,改善师资队伍结构;建立青年教师规范化培养及双师型教师培养制度;加强激励机制建设等措施来应对存在问题。
Using the method of literature review,we collected the total number of teaching staff,professional title and educational background structure of independent medical colleges and universities in Yunnan Province from 2013 to 2018.It is found that the total number of teachers in medical colleges and universities in Yunnan Province is insufficient and the structure is unbalanced.It is suggested that multiple strategies should be taken to promote the total number of teachers;Pay equal attention to training and introduction,improve the structure of teaching staff;We should establish a standardized training system for young teachers and a training system for double qualified teachers;Strengthen the incentive mechanism construction and other measures to deal with the existing problems.
