摘要
附属医院与学院实施"院院合一",我院(附属医院第一医院)承担学校第一临床医学院的教学任务。2015年2月,我校提出"医教协同"实施方案;同年,在我院正式启动。至2019年,越来越多年轻、优质的"双师型"教师进入附属医院的师资队伍,支持教学力量更蓬勃、稳定发展。
Affiliated hospitals and colleges implement hospital-medical school collaboration.Our hospital(the first hospital of affiliated hospitals)undertakes the teaching tasks of the school’s first clinical medical school.In February 2015,our school proposed the implementation plan of“Medical and Educational Collaboration”;the same year,it was officially launched in our hospital.By 2019,more and more young and high-quality double qualification teachers are joining the teaching staff of affiliated hospitals to support a more vigorous and stable development of teaching power.
