摘要
目的:探讨标准化病人(SP)结合案例式教学(CBL)模式在小儿外科教学中的应用效果。方法:将2017-2019年于我院实习的350名五年制儿科医学专业学生分为实验组和对照组,每组175名。实验组采用SP+CBL的教学模式,对照组采用常规CBL教学模式。比较两组的教学效果及学生对教学效果的评价。结果:实验组学生的临床实践能力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组对教学效果满意度高的学生人数均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:SP结合CBL的教学模式在小儿外科教学中的应用效果显著。
Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized patient(SP)and case-based learning(CBL)teaching mode in pediatric surgery teaching.Methods:350cases of five-year pediatric medical students who was divided into research group and control group in in our hospital from2017-2019,with175 students in each group.The teaching mode of SP+CBL was adopted in research group and conventional CBL teaching mode was adopted in control group.The teaching effect and students’evaluation of teaching effect was compared between two groups.Results:The scores of clinical practice ability of research group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The students of high satisfaction with teachers of research group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The SP combined CBL teaching modehad a significant effect in pediatric surgery teaching.
