介入科临床教学中使用联合教学法的效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨介入教学中联合教学的效果。方法:常州一院介入科实习的医学生随机分为三组(联合组、CBL组和PBL组),每组28名。联合组采用CBL联合PBL教学法,授课结束后评估三种教学方法的效果。结果:联合组学生专业知识,临床思维能力,临床操作技能等能力优于CBL组和PBL组;联合组和PBL组学生在发病机制、诊断分析等方面优于CBL组;三组在知识理解力、文献阅读能力等方面无显著差异。结论:联合教学法能够提高介入科的临床教学效果。
