不同缺硼处理对甜菜苗期叶片生长及光合性能的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Different Boron Deficiency Treatments on Leaf Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Sugar Beet Seedlings

摘要 探讨不同缺硼胁迫处理对甜菜叶片生长发育及光合性能的影响,为生产实践提供理论依据。以甜菜品种‘H004’为试验材料,采用水培试验方法,设定硼浓度0(B1)、0.5(B2)、5(B3)μmol/L为缺硼处理,以硼浓度50(B4)μmol/L为正常硼浓度对照,于胁迫后21天对甜菜幼苗叶片形态参数及光合性能进行测定和分析。结果表明:缺硼胁迫对甜菜叶片的生长发育具有显著的抑制作用,且缺硼胁迫程度越高抑制作用越明显。具体表现为:缺硼显著降低了叶片面积、叶片鲜重和干重,增加了叶片厚度、叶色值;使叶片叶绿素a和叶绿素b分别比对照降低了22.3%~51.5%、23.3%~42.3%;光合参数在缺硼处理时较对照下降了0.6%~28.4%。相关分析表明,缺硼胁迫下叶面积与光合色素、光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度的相关性均达到了极显著水平(P<0.01)。综上,缺硼胁迫影响了植株叶片形态、抑制了光合色素的形成,降低叶片光合特性,进而阻碍了甜菜幼苗叶片生物量积累,导致叶片的生长发育异常。 The effects of different boron deficiency treatments on the growth and photosynthesis of sugar beet leaves were discussed,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for production practice.In the present research,a hydroponic experiment was conducted to measure the leaf morphological parameters and photosynthetic performance of sugar beet seedlings under different boron concentrations of 0μmol/L(B1),0.5μmol/L(B2),5μmol/L(B3)and 50μmol/L(B4,CK)after 21 days.The results showed that boron deficiency significantly inhibited the growth and development of sugar beet leaves,and the inhibition degrees were related with the intensity of the stress.The specific performance was:boron deficiency significantly reduced leaf area,fresh and dry weight,increased leaf thickness and leaf color value;decreased leaf chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b by22.3%-51.5%and 23.3%-42.3%,respectively;the photosynthetic parameters decreased by 0.6%-28.4%compared with the control in the treatment of boron deficiency.Correlation analysis showed that the correlation between leaf area and photosynthetic pigment,photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration under boron deficiency reached very significant level(P<0.01).In conclusion,boron deficiency affects the leaf morphology of plants,inhibits the formation of photosynthetic pigments,significantly reduces the photosynthetic characteristics of leaves,and further reduces the biomass accumulation of sugar beet seedlings,leading to abnormal growth and development of leaves.
