摘要
通过对比RCT数码涂料印花工艺和传统数码涂料印花工艺对纯棉织物印花后的各项性能,探讨RCT数码涂料印花工艺在纯棉织物上的应用。结果表明,RCT数码涂料印花工艺在颜色鲜艳度、墨水防渗化程度以及印花色牢度方面可获得与传统数码涂料印花工艺相当的性能,而印花织物的柔软性则优于传统数码涂料印花,具有广阔的应用前景。
The application of rapid color technology(RCT)digital pigment printing on cotton fabric is investigated by comparing the performance of cotton fabric printed by RCT digital pigment printing and traditional digital pigment printing.It is found that the RCT digital pigment printing can achieve performance equivalent to the traditional digital pigment printing in terms of color vividness,printing penetration and color fastness.Additionally,better softness is obtained after the cotton fabric is printed by RCT digital pigment printing.The results demonstrate broad application prospects of RCT digital pigment printing.
