摘要
智能纺织品可以与穿戴者或者环境进行数据跟踪和交流,这在健康监测、健身,以及公共安全等领域都具有非常广泛的应用前景。以纺织基柔性压力传感器的工作原理、常用材料、制备方法为分类依据,基于国内外最新研究成果介绍纺织基柔性压力传感器的研究进展以及最新应用,指出纺织基柔性压力传感器目前仍面临的挑战,如耐用性、生物安全性、洗涤稳定性等。并提出未来基于纺织品的压力传感器在人体运动健康监测、电子皮肤、医疗、机器人等领域的应用会越来越广泛。
Smart textiles can track and communicate data with the wearer or the environment,which has broad application prospects in health monitoring,fitness,and public safety.Based on flexible textile base.This paper introduces the working principle of pressure sensor,commonly used materials,the preparation methods for classification basis,and the latest research results at home and abroad of flexible textile base pressure sensors and the latest applications,and points out that textile base flexibility pressure sensor is still facing several challenges such as durability,safety,stability of washing,etc.It can be concluded that the textile-based pressure sensors will be more and more widely used in human health monitoring,electronic skin,medical treatment,robotics and other fields in the future.
