摘要
目的:评估壮药洗剂治疗儿童特应性皮炎(AD)的疗效和安全性。方法:选取2022年3—5月就诊于桂平市人民医院皮肤科的AD患儿116例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组58例。观察组予地奈德乳膏外用+短期抗组胺药口服+壮药洗剂温水洗浴;对照组予地奈德乳膏外用+短期抗组胺药口服+温水洗浴。比较两组在治疗前及治疗后第1周、第2周、第3周、第4周的SCORAD评分、EASI评分、IGA评分,评估有效率;比较两组不良反应,评价安全性。结果:①观察组及对照组SCORAD评分、EASI评分、IGA评分随着治疗时间延长均逐渐下降(P<0.01);②观察组较对照组SCORAD评分、EASI评分、IGA评分下降幅度更大(P<0.01);③观察组及对照组均未发现明显不良反应。结论:两种方案治疗儿童AD均有效,联合壮药洗剂洗浴疗效优于未联合壮药洗剂洗浴。两组均未出现明显不良反应。壮药洗剂可用于AD患儿维持治疗及日常护理。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Zhuang medicine lotion in the treatment of children atopic dermatitis.Methods:A total of 116 children with AD who were admitted to the department of Dermatology of Guangxi Guiping People's Hospital from March 2022 to May 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 58 cases in each group.The observation group was given desonide cream for external use combined with Zhuang medicine lotion and short-term oral antihistamine;The control group was given desonide cream and short-term antihistamine orally.SCORAD score,EASI score and IGA score were compared between the two groups before treatment and on the first,second,third and fourth weeks after treatment.The effective rate of the two groups were evaluated.The adverse reactions were compared to evaluate their safety.Results:①As the treatment took effect,SCORAD score,EASI score and IGA score of the two groups decreased gradually(P<0.01).②The SCORAD score,EASI score and IGA score of the observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.01).③No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion:The treatment of both groups were effective,and the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Zhuang medicine lotion can be used effectively and safely in children with AD.
