摘要
幽门螺杆菌感染是引起胃癌、消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎、胃黏膜相关淋巴样组织淋巴瘤等疾患的主要病因,并和某些缺铁性贫血等胃肠道外疾病有关。根除治疗是治愈幽门螺杆菌相关疾病唯一有效的方法,但是耐药性的增加使得应用化学药物和抗生素根除治疗幽门螺杆菌越来越困难。从传统医药中寻找抑制、杀灭幽门螺杆菌的活性成分,是开发新的幽门螺杆菌治疗药物的有效途径。本文对目前应用中药、藏药、蒙药、瑶医、壮药等我国传统医学方法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的现状作一综述。
Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is the main causative agent of gastric carcinoma,peptic ulcer,chronic gastritis,mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma,and also implicated in the development of some iron-deficiency anemia and several other non-gastrointestinal disorders.Eradication treatment is the only method to cure those disorders caused by Hp infection.However,it is more and more difficult to eradicate Hp with chemical medicine and antibiotics due to increasing drug-resistance.Investigation of active ingredients in folk medications which inhibiting and killing Hp is a promising solution to develop new medicines for Hp treatment.This review is a summary of current treatment for Hp involved disorders with traditional Chinese medicine,Tibetan medicine,Mongolian medicine,Yao medicine,etc.
