摘要
灵芝多糖是灵芝水溶性提取物的主要生物活性成分。作为一种免疫调节剂对癌症患者具有明显的辅助治疗作用。灵芝多糖抗癌作用主要通过免疫调节、抗增殖、促凋亡、抗转移和抗血管生成的作用。本文综述了灵芝多糖调节机体固有免疫系统、T/B淋巴细胞及细胞因子等免疫机制发挥抗肿瘤作用。
Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is the main bioactive component of water-soluble extract of Ganoderma lucidum.As an immunomodulator,it has obvious adjuvant therapy effect on cancer patients.The anticancer effects of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides are mainly through immune regulation,anti-proliferation,pro-apoptosis,anti-metastasis and anti-angiogenesis.This article reviews the effects of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides on regulating the body’s innate immune system,T/B lymphocytes,cytokines and other anti-tumor effects.
