基于动特性建模分析的结构健康监测及其在通风结构中的应用

摘要 通风设备在工业领域中应用广泛,为监测通风设备的健康状况,需对通风设备结构的关键部位进行振动信号的采集。以通风设备中的方形通道结构为对象,提出采用结构动特性建模分析的方法进行通风结构的健康状态监测分析,针对通风设备结构的特点,研究了基于动特性建模分析进行信号采集点选取的方法。建立了通风结构的有限元模型,计算得到结构的振型矩阵,根据结构的Fisher信息矩阵对采集点的位置进行选取,得出结构的健康监测的振动采集点方案,并采用模态保证准则对该方案进行评价。结果显示,该方法可以实现振动信号采集点的选取,可以为通风结构健康状态监测提供参考。 Ventilation equipment has been widely used in the industrial field.In order to monitor the health of ventilation equipment,vibration signals must be collected for key parts of the ventilation equipment structure.In this paper,the square bracket structure in the ventilation equipment was taken as the object,and the structural dynamic analysis and analysis method was used to monitor the health status of the bracket structure.According to the characteristics of the bracket structure,the method of selecting the signal collection point based on the effective independent method is studied.In this paper,the finite element model of the scaffold structure was established,the shape matrix of the structurecalculated,and the position of the collection pointoptimized based on the Fisher information matrix.Inaddition,vibration collection point scheme of the health monitoring of the scaffold structure was obtained,and the modal guarantee criterion was adopted.The results showed that the method can select the vibration signal collection point and provided a reference for analyzing the health status of the ventilation structure through dynamic characteristic modeling.
