摘要
稀土作为国之重器,是我国重要的战略资源。依托赣州离子型稀土资源独特优势,以标准为载体,形成了具有赣州特色的稀土标准化治理体系。文章系统总结赣州稀土标准化发展现状,分析稀土产业标准化发展过程中存在的主要障碍,并指出未来的多元治理发展路径,旨在推动赣州稀土产业高质量发展。
Rare earth is an important strategic resource in China.Relying on abundant rare earth resources,Ganzhou has formed a standardization governance system for rare earths with Ganzhou characteristics based on standards.This article systematically summarizes the development status of rare earth standardization in Ganzhou,and analyzes the major obstacles in the development process of rare earth industry standardization,then points out the future multiple governance development path,in order to promote the high-quality development of the Ganzhou rare earth industry.
