摘要
当前,我国食品安全面临的形势依然严峻,食品安全治理已成为摆在各级政府面前的重大课题。在全面推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的大背景下,深入推进食品安全治理已是大势所趋。对此,本研究重点审视了食品安全治理的必要性、存在的主要问题,探讨了标准化在食品安全治理中的重要作用,并以物理—事理—人理(WSR)系统方法论为基础,从物理(W)、事理(S)和人理(R)三个维度,探索构建了食品安全治理标准化体系框架图,以期为食品安全治理提供新的理论视角。
At present,China is still facing a severe situation of food safety.Food safety management has become a major issue in front of governments at all levels.In the context of comprehensively promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,it is the general trend to further promote food safety governance.In this regard,this study focuses on the necessity and main problems of food safety governance,and discusses the important role of standardization in food safety governance,then further explores and constructs the framework of food safety governance standardization system from the three dimensions of Wuli(W)-Shili(S)-Renli(R)according to the WSR system methodology,in order to provide a new theoretical perspective for food safety management.
