摘要
目的:探讨护士出勤主义行为对生产力受损的影响机制。方法:采用出勤主义行为问卷、健康生产力受损量表、一般健康问卷以及一般自我效能感量表对340名护士进行调查。结果:(1)出勤主义行为与心理健康和生产力受损显著相关;心理健康、一般自我效能感与生产力受损显著相关;(2)心理健康在护士出勤主义行为与生产力受损间起完全中介作用;(3)一般自我效能感在护士出勤主义行为与生产力受损间起调节作用。结论:护士出勤主义行为通过心理健康的完全中介作用对生产力受损产生影响;一般自我效能感减弱了护士出勤主义行为对生产力受损的消极影响,对护士生产力起到了保护作用。
Objective:To explore the mechanism between presenteeism and productivity Loss in nurses.Methods:A sample of 340 nurses were investigated using the Sickness Presenteeism Questionnaire,Stanford Presenteeism Scale,the12-item General Health Questionnaire and General Self-Efficacy Scale.Results:(1)The presenteeism was significantly related to mental health and productivity Loss;the mental health,general Self-Efficacy were significantly related to productivity Loss.(2)Mental Health fully mediated the relationship between presenteeism and productivity Loss in Nurses.(3)General Self-Efficacy moderated the relationship between presenteeism and productivity Loss in Nurses.Conclusion:Nurses’presenteeism impacts productivity Loss completely through the mediating effect of mental health;General Self-Efficacy weakens the negative effects of nurses’presenteeism on productivity Loss,and plays a protective role on nurse’s productivity.
