摘要
安全是企业管理的一面镜子,安全就是效益,安全就是信誉,保障员工身心健康和生命安全是企业的重要使命。如何避免或减少安全生产事故,是所有生产性企业亟待解决的问题。在生产经营过程中,构成事故的三个因素:人员、机物和环境,“机物”、“环境”相对来说比较稳定,唯有“人”是最活跃的因素,他是操作机物、改变环境的主体,因此,紧紧抓住“人”这个活的因素,提高人员的安全文化素质,推行企业安全文化建设,是减少伤亡事故,保障企业安全生产的关键。
