小学教师专业成长的路径及策略探析

摘要 小学教师的队伍建设是影响基础教育发展的重要因素。当前,我国小学教师面临专业素养有待提高、专业发展机会不均、专业生成动力不足等因素的阻碍。为了解决现实问题,促进基础教育改革的发展,提升教师的水平,应构建"学业—职业—事业"的发展路径,通过职前教育,提升师范生的专业认同感,入职后健全内外部激励机制、专业培训与自我反思协同推进的方式帮助教师成长。
