摘要
目的探讨脑卒中抑郁症接受针灸治疗的临床效果,并分析神经功能受到的影响。方法本研究以脑卒中抑郁症患者的针灸治疗作为主题,并选取120例本院收治的脑卒中患者开展研究,研究期限为1年,即从2021年9月-2022年9月,收集完成所有研究对象相关资料后,由专人统一整理和分析,并采用平均分组的方法将所有患者分为研究组和参照组,各60例。研究组接受传统药物治疗联合针灸治疗法;参照组采取传统的药物治疗(盐酸舍曲林片)。治疗后,确定相关指标,明确两组间相同指标对比下存在的差异。主要调查和分析内容为患者治疗后的效果是否良好;统计神经功能缺损(NIHSS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)的改善结果;日常生活能力Balthel指数改善情况以及血浆皮质醇(Cor)、神经肽Y改善情况。结果研究组,治疗无效3例,总有效57例,有效率95.0%;参照组,治疗无效14例,总有效46例,有效率76.67%。由此可见,研究组效果优势显著(P<0.05)。治疗后统计NIHSS、HAMD、Balthel指数、Cor、神经肽Y,两组相较于治疗前均有所改善,其中组间数据相比,研究组的优势十分显著,存在明显差异和统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于脑卒中抑郁症的治疗,临床中采用常规药物治疗的同时应用针灸治疗,能够有效地提高患者的神经功能,同时对临床效果的提升有积极作用,值得借鉴并推广。
Objective To explore clinical effect of acupuncture treatment on stroke patients with depression,and analyze its influence of neurological function.Methods With theme of acupuncture treatment of stroke patients with depression,the paper chose 120 stroke patients admitted to our hospital for study,with study period of one year,that is,from September 2021 to September 2022.After collecting relevant data of research objects,special staff carried on unified sorting and analysis,and divided them into study group and reference group by average grouping method,with 60 cases in each group.Study group was treated with traditional drug therapy combined with acupuncture therapy;reference group with traditional medication treatment(sertraline hydrochloride tablets).After treatment,relevant indicators were determineed to clarify difference between two groups under same indicators.Main investigation and analysis content was calculated,including treatment effect of patients,improvement of neurological deficits(NIHSS)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Baltil index of activities of daily living,plasma cortisol(Cor)and Neuropeptide Y.Result:In research group,there were 3 cases of ineffective treatment,and a total of 57 cases were effective,with response rate of 95.0%.In reference group,14 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 76.67%.It could be seen,research group had significant advantage in effectiveness(P<0.05).After treatment,statistics of NIHSS,HAMD,Baltil index,Cor,Neuropeptide Y showed those of two groups were better than before treatment.Among them,data in study group had more significant advantages than control group,with significant difference and statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine drug therapy and acupuncture treatment can improve neurological function of stroke patients with depression in clinical practice effectively,which positive role in improving clinical effect,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
