摘要
目的分析病发脑卒中的患者应用基于早期康复理念治疗方案的临床效果。方法选取青海省大通回族土族自治县人民医院急诊科收治的病发脑卒中的患者共计98例,并按照随机电脑等量法的分组原则进行规范化处理,每组各纳入患者49例。在疾病治疗过程中,对照组纳入患者配合开展常规康复治疗,实验组纳入患者在对照组治疗基础上采取早期康复治疗。密切观察两组的临床效果,并比较其治疗前后的Fugl-Meyer评分与Barthel指数的变化情况。结果治疗活动开始前,两组的Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗活动开展后,两组的Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数均发生了明显变化,且实验组显著具有更高水平(P<0.05)。结论对病发脑卒中的患者应用基于早期康复理念的治疗方案具有显著疗效,明显改善患者运动功能的同时,还能有效提高患者日常生活自理能力,积极促进预后转归。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of treatment based on early rehabilitation concept for stroke patients.Methods The paper chose 98 cases stroke patients in emergency department of Qinghai Datong Hui and Tu Autonomous County People’s Hospital,and divided them into groups according to random computer equivalent method,49 cases in each group.During process of disease treatment,control group was cooperated with routine rehabilitation treatment,and experimental group with early rehabilitation treatment on the basis of control group.Clinical effect between two groups were closely observed and Fugl-Meyer scores and Barthel index changes before and after treatment were compared.Results There was no significant difference in Fugl-Meyer scores and Barthel index between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,Fugl-Meyer scores and Barthel index of two groups changed significantly,those of experimental group had significantly higher level,(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment scheme based on early rehabilitation concept can achieve significant effect on stroke patients,can improve motor function,self-care ability of daily life of patients,and promote prognosis actively.
