摘要
目的研究在结核性盆腔炎(PTB)患者中应用心理护理的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月-2020年6月在广东省广州市胸科医院治疗的PTB患者82例,依据奇数偶数分组法,将患者分成观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组常规护理,观察组在常规基础上加强心理护理,比较两组疾病知识掌握的优良率、护理前后的SAS以及SDS评分、护理后的症状评分及生活质量评分。结果观察组疾病知识掌握的优良率为87.80%高于对照组的65.85%(P<0.05);护理前,两组SAS、SDS评分比较(P>0.05);经护理,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后的各症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在PTB患者的临床护理中,加强心理护理,可提高患者对疾病知的认知度,减轻其负性情绪,更好促进症状改善,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To study clinical effect of psychological nursing for patients with tuberculous pelvic inflammation(PTB).Methods The paper chose 82 cases PTB patients treated in Guangzhou Chest Hospital from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected,and divided them into observation group and control group according to odd even grouping method,with 41 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with strengthened psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Excellent and good rate of disease knowledge,SAS and SDS scores before and after nursing,symptom scores and life quality scores after nursing were compared between two groups.Results Excellent and good rate of mastering disease knowledge in observation group was 87.80%,higher than 65.85%in control group,P<0.05.Before nursing,SAS and SDS scores comparion showed(P>0.05)between two groups.After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05);Symptom scores of observation group after nursing were lower than control group(P<0.05);life quality scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical nursing of PTB patients,strengthening psychological nursing can improve awareness of disease,reduce negative emotions of patients,promote improvement of symptoms,and improve life quality of patients,which is worthy of clinical reference.
