摘要
目的探究人工气道监测中气囊压力表联合呼吸机的应用情况与护理对策,以便更好维护与保障人工气道患者健康和安全。方法94例入组患者(2019年1月-2020年12月重症医学科收治)采用乱数表法随机分为对照组(47例,常规人工气道监测法)与观察组(47例,气囊压力表联合呼吸机进行人工气道监测),观察比较两组临床效果。结果观察组气囊压力(26.44±3.26)cmH_(2)O、气囊注气容积(14.54±6.47)mL、并发症发生率4.26%、镇静躁动评分(2.34±0.45)分,低于对照组(35.58±4.32)cmH_(2)O、(26.25±6.36)mL、19.15%、(4.22±1.02)分(χ^(2)或t=5.045~11.578,P<0.05);生活质量评分、满意度评分(80.05±5.47)分、(94.65±4.58)分,高于对照组(71.14±6.34)分、(88.98±4.36)分(t=7.295、6.147,P<0.05)。结论人工气道监测与护理过程中,气囊压力表联合呼吸机具有较好应用效果,对气囊压力控制效果提升、并发症发生率减少、生活质量改善、安全性与护理满意度提高存在积极影响,应给予重视和推广使用。
Objective To explore the application and nursing countermeasures of balloon pressure gauge combined with ventilator in artificial airway monitoring,so as to better maintain and guarantee the health and safety of patients with artificial airway.Methods A total of 94 enrolled patients(admitted to ICU from January 2019 to December 2020)were randomLy divided into control group(47 cases,conventional artificial airway monitoring)and observation group(47 cases,air balloon pressure gauge combined with ventilator artificial airway monitoring)by random number table method,and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Observation group airbag pressure(26.44±3.26)cmH_(2)O,airbag air injection volume(14.54±6.47)mL,complication rate of 4.26%,sedation and agitation score(2.34±0.45)points,were lower than(35.58±4.32)cmH_(2)O,(26.25±6.36)mL,19.15%,(4.22±1.02)points(χ^(2)or t=5.045~11.578,P<0.05)of the control group;quality of life score,satisfaction score(80.05±5.47),(94.65±4.58),were higher than(71.14±6.34),(88.98±4.36)of the control group(t=7.295,6.147,P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of artificial airway monitoring and nursing,airbag pressure gauge combined with ventilator has a good application effect,which has positive effects on the improvement of airbag pressure control effect,reduction of complication rate,improvement of quality of life,safety and nursing satisfaction,and should be paid attention to and popularized.
