摘要
目的研究对高血糖患者实施基于互联网的院内血糖团队化管理对其血糖及血脂水平的影响。方法选取汕头市中心医院2019年7月-2020年7月期间收治的100例高血糖患者为研究对象,并根据不同的管理模式将其随机等分为两组各50例。给予对照组患者常规会诊模式管理,研究组患者采取基于互联网的院内血糖团队化管理。观察比较两组患者干预前及干预后不同时段的空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖水平,血清胆固醇及甘油三酯等血脂水平以及患者满意度情况。结果干预后1周、4周及8周不同时段,患者的FPG水平和2hPG水平均出现明显下降,且干预后1周和4周研究组FPG、2hPG水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后患者的血清胆固醇及甘油三酯均出现降低,且研究组两项水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的满意度为94.00%,高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。结论对高血糖患者实施基于互联网的院内血糖团队化管理,患者的空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖水平及血清胆固醇和甘油三酯等血脂水平得到明显改善,且患者满意度较高,临床上值得广泛推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of internet-based in-hospital blood glucose team management on hyperglycemia patients on their blood glucose and blood lipid levels.Methods 100 patients with hyperglycemia admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects and randomLy divided into two groups of 50 cases according to different management models.The patients in the control group were given regular consultation mode management,and the patients in the study group adopted internet-based in-hospital blood glucose team management,to observe and compare the fasting blood glucose and the blood glucose level of 2 hours postprandial,serum cholesterol and triglycerides and other blood lipid levels of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention at different periods of time,as well as the satisfaction of the patients.Results 1 week,4 weeks and 8 weeks after the intervention,the patients’FPG levels and 2hPG levels decreased significantly,1 week and 4 weeks after the intervention,the study group FPG,2hPG were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The patients’serum cholesterol and triglycerides after the intervention decreased,and the two levels of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the study group was 94.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Internet-based in-hospital blood glucose team management is implemented for patients with hyperglycemia.The fasting blood glucose and blood glucose levels of 2 hours postprandial and blood lipid levels such as serum cholesterol and triglycerides are significantly improved,and patient satisfaction is high.Clinically It is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
