摘要
目的探究对慢性呼吸道感染患者呼吸道分泌物分离奈瑟菌的cppB与pJD1基因检测进行检测的临床诊断意义。方法将2018年5月-2019年5月在我院治疗的98例慢性呼吸道感染患者作为菌株来源,对患者进行痰标本菌株分离,共分离出奈瑟菌株368株,菌种9种,其中浅黄色奈瑟菌25株,微黄奈瑟菌46株,干燥奈瑟菌37株,嗜乳糖奈瑟菌48株,黏液奈瑟菌26株,多糖奈瑟菌52株,灰色奈瑟菌65株,脱氨奈瑟菌49株以及淋病奈瑟菌20株。分析所分离菌株中的cppB与pJD1基因检测结果差异。结果对分离出的奈瑟菌属菌种进行cppB及pJD1基因检测,共有90株奈瑟菌检出cppB阳性占比为24.46%,51株检出pJD1阳性,占比为13.86%。其中cppB检测干燥奈瑟菌与黏液奈瑟菌检出率均为100%,淋病奈瑟菌cppB与pJD1检测均表现为阳性反应。结论慢性呼吸道感染患者呼吸道中存在的正常奈瑟菌群也会引起患者泌尿生殖系统感染,可能引起尿道炎等疾病。对正常奈瑟菌进行cppB及pJD1检测时也会出现较为明显的反应,因此在临床诊断中需要对患者进行病原体分析联合常规细菌检测提高诊断的准确性。
Objective To explore clinical diagnostic significance of cppB and pJD1 gene detection of neisseria isolated from respiratory secretions of chronic respiratory tract infection patients.Methods The paper chose 98 patients with chronic respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 as source of strains.A total of 368 strains of neisseria were isolated from sputum samples,including 25 strains of light yellow Neisseria,46 strains of slight yellow Neisseria,37 strains of dry Neisseria,48 strains of lactophilic Neisseria,26 strains of mucus neisseria and 52 strains of polysaccharide Neisseria,65 strains of neisseria cinerea,49 strains of deamination neisseria and 20 strains of neisseria gonorrhoeae.Difference between detection results of CPPB and pjd1 genes in isolated strains was analyzed.Results cppB and pJD1 genes detection showed,90 strains of neisseria were positive for cppB,accounting for 24.46%,and 51 strains of neisseria were positive for pJD1,accounting for 13.86%.Among them,detection rates of cppB for neisseria dryness and neisseria mucus were 100%,and detection rate of cppB and pjD1 for neisseria gonorrhoeae was positive.Conclusion Normal neisseria in respiratory tract of patients with chronic respiratory tract infection can cause urogenital infection,urethritis and other diseases.Detection of cppB and pjD1 has obvious response for normal neisseria.Therefore,in clinical diagnosis,it is necessary to analyze pathogen of patients combined with routine bacterial detection to improve accuracy of diagnosis.
