摘要
目的探究急性心梗(AMI)患者护理中应用PDCA循环法的效果。方法纳入2019年1月-2021年1月,1本院96例AMI患者进行研究,按随机排列法分为对照组48例,施行常规护理;试验组48例,施行PDCA循环法护理。以护理后(护理后2周)心绞痛每周发作次数、每次发作持续时间,入院时(入院第2d)、护理后左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)完成对心绞痛发作情况、心功能指标、生活质量的评价。结果试验组心绞痛每周发作次数、每次发作持续时间均少于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);护理后,试验组LVEF高于入院时,且高于对照组,护理后,试验组LVEDD小于入院时,且小于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);护理后,试验组SF-36评分高于于入院时,且高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论以PDCA循环法进行护理能够改善患者的心绞痛发作情况及心功能,有利于其生活质量的提升,应用于AMI中效果显著。
Objective To study the applied value of PDCA(plan,do,check,action)modes in acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients.Methods 96 AMI patients treated from January 2019 to January 2021 in our hospital were investigated and grouped by random arrangement method.48 cases of taking the routine care were included in the control group;48 cases of taking the PDCA-based nursing were included in the test group.After care(after 2 w of care),patient’s angor pectoris attack,cardiac function and life quality were evaluated through the weekly frequency and duration of angor pectoris as well as left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and The Medical Outcomes Study 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores.Results Compared with control group,the weekly frequency and duration of angor pectoris in the test group were sharply reduced(P<0.05);LVEF values in the test group were higher than those upon admission and control group;LVEDD values were lower than those upon admission and control group(P<0.05);SF-36 scores in the test group were significantly higher than those upon admission and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA-based nursing can improve the patient’s angor pectoris attack conditions,cardiac function and life quality.
