摘要
现如今临床较多的手术需通过全身麻醉开展,其能有效的降低患者疼痛,保障手术的顺利开展。患者麻醉后需借助机械通气维持呼吸系统的正常运作,但是目前使用机械通气设备极易对患者的机体造成损伤。为此围麻醉期有效的避免肺部机械通气相关并发症风险极为重要。临床针对肺保护性机械通气相关研究取得了一定的进展,本文就常用肺保护方式进行分析。
Currently,more clinical operations need to be performed through general anesthesia,which can reduce pains of patients effectively and ensure smooth development of operation.Patients need mechanical ventilation to maintain normal operation of respiratory system after anesthesia,but current mechanical ventilation equipment may cause damage to body of patients.Therefore,it is important to avoid risk of complications related to pulmonary mechanical ventilation during perioperative anesthesia effectively.Clinical research on lung protective mechanical ventilation has made some progress.The paper analyzes common methods of lung protection.
