人性化带教模式在妇产科临床带教中的运用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析在妇产科临床带教中采用人性化带教模式的效果。方法选择2017年2月-2018年2月我院实习的产科医生72名,按照数字随机表法分为参照组和实验组,各36名,参照组行常规教学模式,实验组采用人性化带教模式。对比两组理论知识评分、操作技能评分以及两组对教学的满意度。结果实验组理论知识评分(90.00±6.50)、操作技能评分(85.52±5.72)均高于参组(80.00±4.20)、(72.32±4.54),组间具有统计学意义(t=7.7530,P=0.0001;t=10.8952,P=0.0001);实验组总满意率97.22%高于参照组75.00%,组间对比具有差异(χ^(2)=8.2199,P=0.0041)。参照组实习生的评判思维能力评分(寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、思维自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度)均低于实验组,(P<0.05)。参照组带教教师对教学模式的主观评价(学习主动性、教学过程互动、知识掌握、临床工作应用)均低于实验组,(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科临床带教中运用人性化带教模式,能够提高实习产科医生的理论知识和操作技能。 Objective To analyze effect of humanized teaching mode in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods The paper chose 72 cases obstetricians interned in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 and divided them into reference group and experimental group according to digital random table method,with 36 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with routine teaching mode,and experimental group with humanized teaching mode.Scores of theoretical knowledge,operation skills and satisfaction degree with teaching between two groups were compared.Results Scores of theoretical knowledge(90.00±6.50)and operation skills(85.52±5.72)in experimental group were higher than reference group(80.00±4.20),(72.32±4.54),with statistical significance between groups(t=7.7530,P=0.0001;t=10.8952,P=0.0001);Total satisfaction degree of experimental group was 97.22%,which was higher than 75.00%of reference group,with difference between groups(χ^(2)=8.2199,P=0.0041).Evaluation thinking ability scores of interns in reference group(seeking truth,open thinking,analytical ability,systematic ability,thinking self-confidence,thirst for knowledge and cognitive maturity)were lower than experimental group(P<0.05).Subjective evaluation of teaching mode(learning initiative,teaching process interaction,knowledge mastery and clinical work application)of teachers in reference group was lower than experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized teaching mode can improve theoretical knowledge and operational skills of practicing obstetricians in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.
