摘要
目的研究微创技术在创伤骨科临床治疗中的应用效果。方法在2020年7月-2021年7月中选取到院进行治疗的创伤骨科患者共300例,随机分组,分别提供切开复位治疗(对照组):根据患者自身情况选择合适的麻醉方法,根据患者骨折情况选择相应的手术入路在暴露骨折端的同时清理腐坏组织,再使用C臂机观察复位情况,完成后关闭切口;微创技术(观察组):麻醉方法与上述相同,在术前对手术部位实施牵引,并选择手术材料,使用C臂X线辅助实施手术,完成手术治疗后装置外固定架,关闭切口加压包扎;每组150例。对比分析两组患者的手术各项指标、治疗优良率、并发症发生情况以及生活质量指标。结果干预前两组患者躯体疼痛、生活活力等评分相比,有可比性(P>0.05);干预后观察组躯体疼痛、生活活力等评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),与对照组相比,观察组并发症偏低,观察组患者的术中出血量比对照组患者少、手术用时、切口愈合时间、手术切口长度比对照组短(P<0.05),与对照组相比,观察组优良率偏高(P<0.05)。结论对创伤骨科患者使用微创技术治疗能够改善其各项指标及并发症发生率,优化生活质量。
Objective To study the application effect of minimally invasive technique in the clinical treatment of traumatic orthopedics.Methods From July 2020 to July 2021,300 cases of traumatic orthopedic patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups to provide open reduction treatment(control group):According to the patient’s own situation,the appropriate anesthesia method was selected,according to the patient’s fracture situation,the corresponding surgical approach was selected,the rotten tissue was cleaned while the fracture end was exposed,and then the reduction was observed with C-arm machine,The incision was closed after the operation.Minimally invasive technique(observation group):The anesthesia method was the same as the above,preoperative traction was performed on the surgical site,and the surgical materials were selected,C-arm X-ray was used to assist the operation,after the completion of the surgical treatment,the external fixator was installed,and the incision was closed for pressure bandaging.There were 150 cases in each group.The operation indexes,excellent and good rate,complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Before the intervention,the scores of physical pain and life vitality of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of body pain and life vitality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the complications of the observation group were lower,the intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the operation time,incision healing time and incision length of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of minimally invasive technology in the treatment of traumatic orthopedic patients can improve the indicators and the incidence of complications,and optimize the quality of life.
