摘要
目的探讨在对脑卒中患者治疗过程中应用数字OT评估与训练系统干预对认知功能的影响。方法选取2020年9月至2021年12在高州市人民医院接受治疗的42例脑卒中患者,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(n=21)和对照组(n=21),观察组采用数字OT评估与训练系统进行干预,对照组采用常规认知功能训练进行干预,比较患者认知功能、日常生活能力及负性情绪。结果两组干预8周后的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)评分较干预前均有明显提高(P<0.05),观察组评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与干预前相比,两组患者干预8周后的改良巴氏指数评定量表(MBI)评分均明显提高(P<0.05),观察组评分较对照组明显更高(P<0.05);两组干预8周后焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分较干预前均有明显降低(P<0.05),观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者应用数字OT评估与训练系统进行干预,能够提高患者的认知功能及日常生活能力,减轻患者负性情绪。
Objective To explore the effects of digital OT assessment and training system intervention on cognitive function in the treatment of stroke patients.Methods A total of 42 patients with cerebral apoplexy who were treated from September 2020 to December 2021 in our hospital were selected,according to random number table method were divided into the observation group(n=21)and the control group(n=21),the observation group was used the digital OT assessment and intervention training system,the control group was used normal cognitive function training intervention,the cognitive function,daily life ability and negative emotions were compared.Results The scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA)and Simple Mental State Checklist(MMSE)were significantly increased in both groups after 8 weeks of intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,the scores of modified Babbitt Index Rating Scale(MBI)were significantly increased in both groups after 8 weeks of intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);The scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the two groups after 8 weeks of intervention were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digital OT evaluation and training system in the intervention of stroke patients can improve the cognitive function and daily living ability of patients,reduce the negative emotions.
