摘要
目的分析临床中选择中医半夏泻心汤治疗患有慢性胃炎疾病患者价值。方法研究共抽取200例慢性胃炎病例,来源时间2018年1月至2020年12月,获得患者完整资料后进行分析。分组方式按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=100,常规西医)与观察组(n=100,中医半夏泻心汤),分析对比两组患者治疗前后各项中医证候评分、各项炎性因子水平以及治疗后不良反应发生率、疗效满意度。结果治疗后观察组各项中医证候评分低于对照组,TNF-α、IL-1以及CRP水平低于对照组,总不良反应发生率更低,总满意度更高,总有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论临床中选择中医半夏泻心汤治疗患有慢性胃炎疾病患者意义重大,能够有效提高患者治疗安全性,降低各项炎性因子水平及中医证候评分,增强患者治疗效果满意度。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 200 cases of chronic gastritis were selected from January 2018 to December 2020.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group(n=100,conventional Western Medicine)and the observation group(n=100,Banxia Xiexin Decoction).The TCM syndrome scores,inflammatory factor levels,incidence of adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and CRP were lower than those in the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower,the total satisfaction was higher,and the total effective rate was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of great significance to choose Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic gastritis,which can effectively improve the safety of treatment,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and TCM syndrome score,and enhance the satisfaction of patients with treatment effect.
